In this course Gyrotonic Trainers learn the Gyrotonic Level 2, Program 1 exercise sequences. The course builds on the level Gyrotonic, Level I curriculum, by introducing more challenging, endurance building exercise sequences.
Prerequisite
Must be a licensed Gyrotonic Level 1 Trainer (successfully complete the final certificate course)
